At Stevenage FC, I managed 17 coaches and approximately 400 players across the academy and pathway programmes.

Among others, I coached all age groups from U9 to U18, both in pathway & academy programme, and delivered tailored training to support player development.

Working closely with key stakeholders, I implemented a games programme, while ensuring structured pathways were in place to aid player progression.

Key achievements include generating a 14.6% increase in revenue, and overseeing a 17% rise in player intake, and supporting multiple players in progressing into elite academies.
